Gallant and Paul Pham, PharmD, all of The Johns Hopkins University Division of Infectious Diseases, with support from numerous professionals in HIV care, this book has been updated and republished yearly since 1988 and is now also published in South Africa, Russia, and will soon be published in Ethiopia.
