  • Dr. John G. Bartlett Author

    John G. Bartlett, M.D., is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland and is the lead author of the Medical Management of HIV. Dr. Bartlett is an internationally renowned authority on AIDS and other infectious diseases. For 26 years, he led The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine's worldwide efforts to understand, prevent and treat AIDS. Dr. Bartlett has authored over 500 articles and reviews, more than 280 book chapters, and over 60 editions of 18 books. He has served on editorial boards for 19 medical journals.

  • Dr. Joel E. Gallant Author

    Joel E. Gallant, M.D., M.P.H. is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Professor of Epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Associate Director of the Johns Hopkins AIDS Service. He has conducted dozens of domestic and international clinical trials on the treatment and prevention of HIV infection. He is the editor-in-chief of the Johns Hopkins HIV Guide and the author of 100 Questions and Answers about HIV and AIDS, a book for lay readers.

  • Paul Pham, Pharm. D. Author

    Paul A. Pham, Pharm.D., is a Research Associate on the faculty with the Division of Infectious Diseases at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Paul Pham received his undergraduate degree from University of Maryland in 1993 and earned his doctor of pharmacy at the University of Mississippi in 2000. In 2000, he joined the faculty at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine. His major interests are HIV/AIDS clinical care and antiretroviral drug interactions. Dr. Pham also has a joint appointment with University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and serves on the CDC/NIH/IDSA opportunistic infection guidelines committee.
